The Personnel Branch provides all aspects of civilian personnel management - including recruitment, employment contracts, contract termination, administration and entitlements - of all civilian personnel at HQ MNC NE. Civilian Personnel are employed under the Polish law legislation. Personnel for vacant civilian posts are normally recruited in the local area of HQ MNC NE.
