The exercise COOL GASKET 2002 was conducted by HQ MNC NE from 02. – 05. Sep 2002 in Kolobrzeg (Poland) as a study period in a warfighting scenario to train the staffs of the subordinate units in planning of operations and its presentation.
It functioned as a preparation for the exercise CRYSTAL EAGLE I 2003. Beside HQ MNC NE there was participants of the three assigned Divisions (Danish Division, 12 Polish Division and 14 German Division) and observers from Danish, German and Polish national commands, Ministries of Defence and PfP nations in a total amount of approximately 150 persons.
