The Baltic Amber

The Baltic Amber is the authorised official magazine of the Headquarters Multinational Corps Northeast. Its aim is to inform and educate members of the Headquarters and assigned formations, our visitors and all interested in the Corps’ functioning.

The Baltic Amber is an additional source of information concerning the Corps and a supplement to news that you can find on our website. In our magazine there are always interesting interviews, reports and articles reflecting current events or challenges. Furthermore, each issue of the Baltic Amber is constructed around major topics.

	The Baltic Amber – Road to Afghanistan – shows the mission preparation process of the MNC NE and presents how the MNC NE personnel coped with the ISAF 10/1 mission reality in Afghanistan. 2011 January		The Baltic Amber – Corps Development – shows the diversity of developments the MNC NE faces and its open approach to it. 2011 November
	The Baltic Amber – Special Edition 2010 – presents a lot of information on the Multinational Corps Northeast. One can learn a lot about the Corps' history, structure and mission as well as social life of its personnel (current as of 2010). 2010 June		The Baltic Amber – 10 Years of Success –presents 10 years of the Corps’ existence from the perspective of its former and present personnel. This issue is full of people’s memories and emotions. Additionally, selected events will provide you with a general overview of how the Corps has been developing. 2010 January
	The Baltic Amber – Crystal Eagle 2008 – focuses on the greatest Corps’ training undertaking in 2008 – the Crystal Eagle Exercise. The issue presents aims of the exercise, its structure, the Training Audience and many other exercise-related topics giving a comprehensive account of the event. 2008 December		The Baltic Amber - Special Edition 2008 –presents the Corps itself together with its history, structure and mission (current as of 2008). 2008 September
	The Baltic Amber - Community and Environment – focuses on elements supporting daily Corps' activities, media world and Szczecin - the MNC NE home garrison. 2008 August		The Baltic Amber - Mosaic – presents national, cultural and military mosaic created within the Headquarters. 2008 February

	The Baltic Amber - ISAF X/1 – the account of the mission in Afghanistan in which the MNC NE soldiers took part from February to July 2007. 2007 August		The Baltic Amber - Third Edition 2006 – focuses on the changes within the Corps – new Commander, new Chief of Staff and the preparations before deployment to Afghanistan. 2006 December
