Undersecretary of Polish Ministry of Defence dr Andrzej Karkoszka visited the Headquarters Multinational Corps Northeast.
Dr A. Karkoszka was welcomed by the Commander of the MNC NE Lieutenant General Egon Ramms, German Army the Deputy Commander of MNC NE Major General Jan Brun Andersen, Danish Army and the Chief of Staff, Brigadier General Henryk Skarzynski, Polish Army. Dr A. Karkoszka was introduced to Multinational Corps Northeast issues such as; the imminent NATO certification, so –called Full Operational Capability (FOC) test during the NATO multinational exercise"Compact Eagle 2005" scheduled to take place in Szczecin from October 31th to November 10th, 2005. Furthermore, MNC NE future role both in the Baltic Region and as a potential Headquarters in Afghanistan in 2007 as well as the various aspects of the MNC NE integration within the Polish local society was discussed.
