Lieutenant Colonel (LtCol) Grzegorz Ciechanowski finished his tour of duty as the Chief of the Press Information and Visitors Branch of Headquarters Multinational Corps Northeast (HQ MNC NE).
After more than six years of service for the Multinational Corps Northeast LtCol Grzegorz Ciechanowski left his post within the multinational environment to start his new assignment as the Chief CIMIC Branch (Civil - Military Cooperation Branch) of the Polish 12th Mechanized Division in Szczecin. At the same time MNC NE welcomes Lieutenant Commander (LtCdr) Artur Bilski. He took over the duties and responsibilities from LtCol Grzegorz Ciechanowski. From 2002 until July 2005 LtCdr Artur Bilski served as a Press Information Officer in the Public and Information Office of NATO’s Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers in Europe (SHAPE) in Mons, Belgium.
