On 14 July at 13:00 (12:00 London), Headquarters MNC NE together with all nations from 52 European countries paid silent tribute to the victims of the bombs that killed at least 52 London’s inhabitants and wounded 700 others one week ago.
The commemoration ceremony was conducted by the Deputy Commander general J.B. Andersen to honour all victims of that inhuman tragedy. At 13:00 all flags were put to the half-mast and all Assistant Chief of Staff and senior representatives of all participating nations in HQ lined up in front of the flags and the two – minute silence covered the whole Baltic Barracks.
