AÂ group of 30 students of international relations, political sciences and history from Szczecin University visited the Headquarters Multinational Corps Northeast (HQ MNC NE) on April 5th.
On Tuesday, April 5th, a group of 30 students of international relations, political sciences and history from Szczecin University visited the Headquarters Multinational Corps Northeast (HQ MNC NE). In the Baltic Barracks Cmdr Artur Bilski briefed them on the mission and the organization of MNC NE and changes within NATO itself, including new Alliance force and command structures as well as NATO current operations. The briefing was followed by the lively question and answer period and discussion over the international security issues.
"The visit opened our eyes on what is going on in NATO and the importance of the Corps in the region" – said Kamila Waligóra – a student of international relations. "We hope for more lectures on those topics at our university as well", - added Katarzyna Sobiepanek - a student of political sciences and chairman of Sczecin University’s Euro-Atlantic Association.
