The Special Care Educational Centre No. 1 for Physically Handicapped Children is a rehabilitation and educational centre for both fully fit and handicapped children and teenagers implementing the idea of integration.
On 21st April 2007 Cmdr Artur Bilski, as a representative of Headquarters Multinational Corps Northeast, took part in a contest called ‘The European tours’ at the Special Care Educational Centre No. 1 for Physically Handicapped Children in Police. As a juror he assessed the knowledge of children concerning NATO and the European Union and admired presentations made by children as well as a ballet performance.
The Special Care Educational Centre No. 1 for Physically Handicapped Children is a rehabilitation and educational centre for both fully fit and handicapped children and teenagers implementing the idea of integration. The contest was a great chance for the children to learn more about NATO and our Corps, additionally promoting our eager involvement in the local environment and matters of local community.
