German group of twenty-five people interested in defence and security policy, organized into an association - Gesellshaft fuer Wehr- und Sicherpolitik, Section Lippe/Detmold, paid a visit to the Headquarters Multinational Corps Northeast.
There was a briefing prepared for the visitors delivered by the Corps’ spokesperson, Cmdr Artur Bilski. The guests listened with great interest to the history, organisation, and perspectives of future development of Szczecin-based Corps. Also the latest mission in Afghanistan, which was completed by the MNC NE soldiers in August 2007, was discussed. Moreover, the guests had an opportunity to exchange their own views and ideas during a question-and-answer phase, which took place after the briefing.
For one of the visitors, who actually was the leader of the group, this visit must have been especially touching, since he used to serve in our G-4 division some time ago.
