It was not an ordinary meeting at Baltic Barracks. The Family Care Centre invited families of servicemen deployed to Afghanistan and other personnel of the Garrison Headquarters for barbecue held on 22 May 2010. But to break a spell on rainy weather and ensure unique entertainment, they also invited a magician.
You could smell tasty grilled food and delicious salads everywhere in the Non-Commissioned Officers Club, where the Family Care Centre organised the family event. The laughter of kids playing around was also heard as well as the conversations of adults who were discussing the current matters and the recent trip to Międzywodzie they were all very fond of.The highlight of the event was the magician's performance. With great curiosity both kids and adults were watching the card tricks, illusions with strings or handkerchiefs or water. Sincere admiration was felt in the air and many wondered if it was just a trick or simply magic.
