The education was a mix of briefings, lessons and syndicate work, where the students had the opportunity to tray out the theoretic stuff into practice. The topics were related to being a leader and team building.
During the course the students visited the Polish NCO School in Poznan, where they where introduced to the Polish NCO structure and concept including a view to the future plan to be conducted. During the visit they had the opportunity to see the premises in which the Polish NCO training is carried out.
On the last day of the course the Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Brunssum Dave W. Preeper gave a briefing about what the job of a Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) was.
