Each of the nations of the Corps has brought along national traditions. Danish personnel of Headquarters have brought meetings and warm wine- Juleglogg as well as delicious aebleskiver, small doughnuts without marmalade.
On 13th December, soon after the official opening of the event in the barracks, there was a Saint Lucia parade in which children of the Danish personnel took part. This year music was provided by the Danish quintet of the Prince’s Lifeguards. The wives of the Danish servicemen organised a Christmas market for guests. The money collected at that occasion will support the orphanage in Gryfino.
