New Commander for Multinational Corps Northeast

On February 18th, 2004, the Danish Chief of Defence Forces, General Jesper Helsoe, handed over the duties and responsibilities as a Commander Multinational Corps Northeast (MNC NE) to the German Lieutenant General Egon Ramms during a traditional military parade held at Baltic Barracks in Szczecin.

Lieutenant General Egon Ramms will be the first German General commanding Multinational Corps Northeast.
